Refund & Return Policy

At Lumber Lovin Inc., every product is custom-made to order based on the customer’s specifications. Because of the handcrafted and personalized nature of our doors and gates, we do not accept cancellations or returns after seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within seven (7) days of purchase for a full refund. After this period, materials are ordered and production begins, and we are unable to cancel or refund your order.

Returns

We do not accept returns unless the product arrives with:

• Incorrect measurements caused by our error, or
• A defect or issue that is a result of our workmanship or materials.

In these rare cases, we will remake or replace the affected item(s) at no cost to the customer, including shipping and handling. All replacement approvals are determined after verification of the issue through photos or measurements provided by the customer.

Restocking & Shipping Fees

Because our products are custom-built, no restocking fees apply—we simply do not restock or resell custom items.

Return shipping is only covered if the return is due to our error.

Custom Work Disclaimer

Each product is handcrafted using real wood and may display natural variations in color, grain, and texture. These are characteristics of genuine wood and not considered defects.
